Stephanie D. Wiley

Stephanie D. Wiley was admitted to the California Bar in 1998 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. She founded Doria Wiley Law, P.C. in San Francisco, where she conducts impartial workplace investigations for private and public employers, addressing complaints involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and other workplace misconduct ^[2]. Before forming her firm, Wiley spent two decades as an employment litigator and counselor; she began her career representing employers in the San Francisco office of Paul Hastings LLP and in 2004 became a founding partner of a Bay Area employment law firm, where she spent 14 years representing employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation ^[2]. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and a graduate of its Training Institute, holding the AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) credential ^[2].
