Richard J. Vaznaugh

Richard J. Vaznaugh was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. He is the founder of the Vaznaugh Law Firm in San Francisco, where his practice is devoted entirely to worker-side employment law, including pregnancy and disability discrimination, whistleblower cases, overtime, commissions, meal and rest breaks, severance pay and severance agreements, family and medical leave, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, employment contracts, and race and age discrimination ^[2]. He represents employees ranging from rank-and-file staff to executives in claims against large and mid-sized employers ^[2]. Vaznaugh is a 1994 graduate of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and has been continuously admitted to practice before the California courts since that year ^[2].
