Pawanpreet K. Dhaliwal was admitted to the California Bar in 2015 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. She is the principal attorney of Dhaliwal Law, PC, where she represents employees in employment and civil rights matters and advises mission-driven organizations on labor and employment law ^[2]. Her practice includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage theft, and whistleblower claims ^[2]. Before founding her firm, she practiced at Outten & Golden LLP and the California Nurses Association, among other roles ^[2]. Dhaliwal earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 2009 ^[1]. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
