Lou Soto is a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. He represents venture-backed technology companies at all stages of growth, with clients spanning SaaS, defense tech, fintech, AI, healthcare IT, cyber security, and internet infrastructure. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1999 and is also admitted in New York.

According to the firm, Soto counsels clients on corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offering transactions, as well as corporate governance and securities law matters.
