Bradley Krack

Bradley Krack is a partner in Gunderson Dettmer's Redwood City office. He represents high-growth companies and venture capital funds in the United States and around the world in a range of matters, including cross-border equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance. His experience spans technology firms in consumer internet, software, education, mobile communications, internet security, e-commerce, financial, and entertainment technology, as well as venture capital firms.

A former engineer and submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, Krack has lived and worked around the world over the course of his career. According to the firm, his representative clients include private companies such as Aalyria, Addi, Aplazo, Betterfly, Bitso, Clara, Kavak, NotCo, Semgrep, and Xepelin, and he represents venture capital, growth equity, and impact funds including 8VC, Quona, Openspace, Raine, and Working Capital Fund in their investment activities. His focus areas include corporate governance and strategy, fund investments in companies, mergers and acquisitions, and seed, venture, and growth financings, with a regional focus on Latin America.

Krack earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and a B.S./M.S. in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University. He speaks Mandarin and Spanish and is admitted to practice in California. He was recognized by The Legal 500 in its 2025 San Francisco Elite listing for Corporate and M&A.
