Timothy R. Owen

Timothy Richard Owen was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987 and holds an active license (bar #127219). His State Bar record lists self-reported practice areas that include labor and employment, business law, class actions, contracts, personal injury, and products liability, with an office at Messner Reeves LLP in Costa Mesa ^[1]. Messner Reeves is a full-service firm that represents businesses and individuals across a range of litigation and transactional matters ^[2]. Owen earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1981 and a B.A. from Colgate University in 1978, and he was admitted to the New York bar in 1982 before his California admission. Earlier in his career he practiced business litigation and labor and employment law as a senior attorney in the Riverside office of Varner & Brandt LLP.
