Terrence Mark Franklin was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 11, 1989, and holds an active license under bar number 143273 [1]. He practices trust, estate, and probate litigation in Los Angeles at Sacks, Glazier, Franklin, Lodise, McMurtrey & Scheerer, LLP, a firm he formed together with Robert Sacks, Kenneth Glazier, and Margaret Lodise; since 2001 the firm has focused solely on trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation, appeals, and dispute resolution involving substantial estates [2].
