Kenneth Steven Wolf

Kenneth Steven Wolf was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1969 and holds an active license (bar #43795); his State Bar record lists him as a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law ^[1]. Through the Law Office of Kenneth S. Wolf in Los Angeles, he handles estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and dispute resolution, drawing on more than fifty years in practice ^[2]. Wolf sits on the Probate and Trust panel of ARC Mediation Services and has conducted more than 125 mediations ^[2]. He has been appointed by the Los Angeles County Probate Court as PVP counsel or guardian ad litem in at least ten cases over the past thirty years and has twice been appointed special master to report to the court on probate-related matters ^[2]. A frequent speaker before bar associations and professional groups, he was one of the founders of the University of Southern California Probate and Trust Conference in 1974 and chaired its planning committee from 1994 through 2019 ^[2].
