Stephen Jaffe

Stephen R. Jaffe is an employment law attorney and principal of The Jaffe Law Firm in San Francisco, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1971 and is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.^[1][2]

The Jaffe Law Firm represents employees only, never employers, in matters that include wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination based on protected-class status, sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims, severance and separation contracts, and False Claims Act actions involving fraud against federal and state governments. The firm practices statewide in California, including the San Francisco Bay Area, the Los Angeles metropolitan area, San Diego, and Orange County.^[2]

Jaffe studied at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and Taxpayers Against Fraud, and serves as a director of the Jewish Bar Association of San Francisco.^[2]
