Kevin Anderson Franco

Kevin Anderson Franco was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014 and is an active member in good standing.^[1] He founded Anderson Franco Law, A.P.C., a San Francisco injury firm with offices at 71 Stevenson Street that represents clients throughout the Bay Area in serious injury and wrongful death matters.^[2] His practice focuses on personal injury cases, including car accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, motorcycle and truck accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and slip-and-fall claims, and the firm also handles workers' compensation matters.^[2] Before representing injured clients, Franco represented insurance companies in negligence cases, experience the firm notes gives insight into how insurers evaluate liability, causation, and damages.^[2] He attended UC Berkeley and has handled jury trials, bench trials, and complex litigation in courts throughout California, including arguments before the California Court of Appeal.^[2] The son of Salvadoran immigrants and a fluent Spanish speaker, Franco provides bilingual representation, and the firm serves the Bay Area's Spanish-speaking community.^[2] His recognitions include the Lawyers on the Fast Track Award at the California Legal Awards (2025)^[2] and the North Bay Business Journal's Forty Under 40 (2024).^[2] He has also been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and serves in leadership roles within Bay Area legal organizations.^[2]
