John F. Hyland

John F. Hyland was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and remains an active licensee in good standing ^[1]. He practices employment law and is a partner at Rukin Hyland & Riggin LLP, which represents both employees and employers in workplace matters across San Francisco, Oakland, and the Bay Area ^[2]. His firm's work includes discrimination, equal pay, sexual harassment, wage and break practices, whistleblower protection, and class actions, and the firm has recovered substantial recoveries in employment cases, including a $12 million independent contractor misclassification settlement ^[2].
