Javier Rios

Javier Rios is a criminal defense attorney practicing in San Jose, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987 and has spent more than 25 years defending people accused of crimes. He practices as a solo practitioner from an office on West Taylor Street in San Jose.

Rios has tried numerous cases before juries, with matters ranging from DUI charges to murder. His practice covers criminal defense broadly, including DUI and DWI, drug crimes, domestic violence, juvenile defense, criminal appeals, record sealing and expungement, firearm and weapon charges, white collar crime, probation violations, and sex crime allegations.
