Heidi Walas

Heidi Walas is a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. She counsels emerging growth companies and investors on a range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers, and general business matters. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.

According to the firm, Walas acts as outside general counsel for startups, providing legal, business, and strategic advice throughout their lifecycle, including startup structure formation, day-to-day operations, corporate governance, employment matters, and cross-border transactions. She also represents venture capital funds and strategic investors in connection with their equity investments in emerging growth companies and token investments.
