Elliot Conn

Elliot Conn is admitted to the State Bar of California (Bar No. 279920), having been admitted in 2011, and holds an active license.^[1] He is the principal of Conn Law, PC, where his practice focuses on consumer protection, including lemon law, consumer law, and class action matters.^[2] Before founding the firm in 2019, he was an attorney at Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg LLP, a San Francisco consumer protection firm.^[2] He has litigated individual and class action consumer cases and is a member of the California Lawyers Association, including its Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law and Business Law sections.^[2] Conn is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.^[2] He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and his bachelor's degree from Colgate University.^[2] He serves as a guest lecturer for an introduction to consumer law course at Berkeley Law and sits on the advisory board for the Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice.^[2]
