Michael L. Dobrov

Michael L. Dobrov was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. He is the founder of the Law Offices of Michael L. Dobrov in San Francisco, where his practice focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, tax and wealth transfer planning, and business entity formation ^[2]. Dobrov earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Master of Laws in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999, with a focus on estate and gift taxation, estate planning, and business transactions; he completed his undergraduate degree in history and political science at the University of California, Berkeley ^[2].
