Lincoln Lee Stone

Lincoln Lee Stone was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990, holds an active license, Bar Number 146597, and is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization ^[1]. He earned his law degree at Notre Dame Law School ^[1]. Stone is a partner at SGG Immigration LLP in Los Angeles, a firm he co-founded in 2005 as Stone Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP. His immigration law career began in 1987, when he served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Stone concentrates on the EB-5 immigrant investor category, in which he has represented more than 4,000 investors and counseled U.S. businesses that have raised over $5 billion for more than 200 job-creating enterprises. He created and edited all four editions of Immigration Options for Investors & Entrepreneurs, serves as Editor in Chief of the Regional Center Business Journal, and served more than a decade on the American Immigration Lawyers Association's EB-5 Investor Visa Committee, including five years as its chair. AILA has recognized his work with multiple President Commendations, including for leadership of its pro bono effort.
