Keith Andrew Custis

Keith Andrew Custis was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002 and holds an active license in good standing (bar #218818), with self-reported practice areas in labor and employment and class actions ^[1]. He founded Custis Law, P.C., a Century City firm that represents employees in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and job-protected leaves of absence, and that also handles class actions, personal injury, and business litigation ^[2]. Earlier in his career, Custis represented Fortune 500 companies in consumer class action and commercial litigation at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston and at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in Los Angeles, and he later worked with a consumer class action firm whose cases recovered more than $14 million for clients and class members. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1997. In 2018 he was appointed to the Editorial Board of Los Angeles Lawyer, the monthly magazine of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and to the Dinner Committee of the association's Labor and Employment Law Section.
