Jonathan M. Lebe

Jonathan Michael Lebe is the managing attorney of Lebe Law, A Professional Law Corporation, an employment law firm in Burbank, California ^[1][2]. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on November 26, 2012, holds an active license, and self-reports a practice in labor and employment law ^[1]. The firm represents employees and whistleblowers in matters involving wage theft, pay discrimination, meal and rest break violations, expense reimbursement violations, and independent contractor misclassification ^[2].

Before opening his own firm, Lebe served as a Deputy County Counsel with the Santa Clara County Counsel's office and worked as an associate at litigation firms representing employers as well as employees in class actions. He has litigated discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases in state and federal court, in both single-plaintiff lawsuits and class actions.

Lebe earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law ^[1], where he was a legal extern to Judge Nandor J.
