John Rafferty

John M. Rafferty is a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. His listed practice areas include emerging companies and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, public company advisory and governance, private equity investments and buyouts, private placements, IPOs, equity and debt offerings, and liability management.
