Jeff Pham

Jeff Pham is the founder of Founders First Law, APC, a business law practice based in Costa Mesa, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 1, 2006, and his license is active ^[1]. He earned his law degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles ^[1].

Pham began his career as corporate counsel to CoreLogic, Inc., a provider of real estate data and analytics, where he advised the company on matters ranging from routine business transactions to trade secret enforcement and international corporate acquisitions ^[2]. He founded Pham Law Group in 2010 and later co-founded Adams & Pham APC in 2013 ^[2].

In 2025, Pham formed Founders First Law, APC, where he serves primarily as outside general counsel to private companies in Southern California across industries that include consumer products, healthcare, professional sports, information technology, and education ^[2]. His practice covers business entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, employment and independent contractor agreements, vendor and customer contracts, and intellectual property licensing ^[2].
