The San Diego firm practices immigration law, and his own work concentrates on business and investment-based immigration, including EB-5 investor cases, extraordinary ability petitions, labor certification (PERM), and non-immigrant visas such as the H-1B, L-1, E-2, and TN categories.[2]
Feldman has spoken at conferences in the United States and abroad on employment- and investment-based immigration options, and the firm states that all of its attorneys are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Outside of law practice, he is a world and national contract bridge champion who has represented the United States in international competition.[2]
