David Henshaw

David S. Henshaw practices personal injury and business law at Henshaw & Henry, PC, located on The Alameda in San Jose, California. His practice is divided evenly between personal injury matters and business law.

Henshaw earned his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 2010, the year he was admitted to the State Bar of California. Before law school, he completed an M.B.A. at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2006 and a B.A. at California State University, Fullerton in 2003. His combination of business and legal training is reflected in a practice that serves both injured individuals and business clients.

Since 2014, Henshaw's firm has published the San Jose Personal Injury Blog, which covers injury law topics for a general audience. Henshaw has been licensed for more than fifteen years, and his California bar license is active and in good standing.
