Clayton T. Robertson

Clayton T. Robertson was admitted to the California Bar in 2003 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. He runs the Law Offices of Clayton T. Robertson in Oakland, where his practice centers on criminal defense, with additional work in personal injury and civil trial matters ^[2]. A former Deputy District Attorney and Deputy Public Defender, he has litigated thousands of cases, including misdemeanors, felonies, and three-strikes matters, as well as adult and juvenile cases ^[2]. He served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Orange County District Attorney's Office from 2006 to 2008 ^[2]. Robertson earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 2003 ^[1]. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the California Public Defenders Association.
