Camelia Mahmoudi

Camelia Mahmoudi practices law in San Jose, California, where her office is located on The Alameda. Her practice spans three areas: trusts and estates, including wills, living trusts, probate, trust administration, and conservatorships; taxation, including compromise of tax liabilities, tax payment agreements, defense against IRS collection, audits and appeals, and abatement of tax penalties; and family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, division of assets, and guardianships.

Mahmoudi is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003, and her license is active and in good standing.

She is a member of the California Lawyers Association and its Trusts and Estates Section, has spoken at the Kasner Estate Planning Symposium, and has served as adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University and in the De Anza College paralegal studies program. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Farsi.
