Win Eaton

Win Chester Eaton was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 1, 2007, and holds an active license (Bar No. 249153) ^[1]. He is certified as a specialist in immigration and nationality law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization ^[1] and is also licensed to practice in Oregon.

Eaton is the founding attorney of Eaton & Associates, an immigration firm based in Bakersfield that represents individuals, families, businesses, and investors in matters including employment and investment visas, family immigration, green cards, naturalization, asylum, and removal defense ^[2]. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of California and Oregon, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California and the District of Oregon, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
