William Hanley

William Bernard Hanley was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 20, 1974, and holds an active license under bar number 61409. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, and his State Bar profile lists litigation as a self-reported practice area. ^[1]

Hanley operates the Law Offices of William B. Hanley in Newport Beach. His practice covers business and commercial litigation, unfair competition, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, construction and real estate litigation, and environmental law, and his firm's site describes work in personal injury and employment matters as well. ^[2]

According to the firm's website, Hanley obtained a $50 million verdict in one of the largest punitive damage cases in California history and was selected by peers as Business Litigation Trial Lawyer of the Year.
