Tina Eshghieh

Tina Eshghieh was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 1, 2011, and her license is active ^[1]. She practices at The Law Office of Arash Khorsandi, PC (Arash Law) on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, and her self-reported practice areas with the State Bar are personal injury and workers' compensation ^[1]. She speaks Farsi in addition to English ^[1].

Eshghieh heads the firm's workers' compensation litigation department and is a partner at the firm ^[3]. She litigates complex and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of injured workers throughout California, including matters involving traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, and has recovered more than $50 million for catastrophically injured workers. Earlier in her career, she litigated wage-and-hour and consumer class actions in state and federal courts at a Los Angeles class action firm.

Eshghieh received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School ^[1], where she served as an editor of the Law Commentator, the school's legal newspaper, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, law and society from the University of California, Irvine. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In 2018 she was named a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star, and she is profiled by Super Lawyers as a workers' compensation attorney in Los Angeles ^[2].
