Scott Howard Finkbeiner

Scott Howard Finkbeiner is a co-founder and partner of Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP in San Diego. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003, holds bar number 227852, is an active licensee, and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Family Law ^[1]. Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, started in 2005, practices family law from its San Diego office in Old Town, with additional offices in Fullerton and Los Angeles, handling divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and post-judgment modifications ^[2]. Finkbeiner is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and volunteers with the Superior Court as a judge pro tem, family law settlement judge, and mediator. His practice concentrates on the characterization and division of high-asset marital estates, including closely held corporations, stock options, restricted stock units, retirement benefits, and reimbursement claims, work that draws on his undergraduate studies in accounting and finance at the University of Arizona.
