Rupa Gupta Singh

Rupa Gupta Singh is a partner at Niddrie Addams Fuller & Singh LLP, a San Diego appellate firm, where she handles appeals, writs, and critical motions in state and federal courts, including in family law disputes ^[2]. She earned her law degree from New York University School of Law, then served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Irma E. Gonzalez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and as an ethics law clerk to Judge M. Margaret McKeown of the Ninth Circuit. She litigated complex business disputes at two Am Law 100 firms, including as a partner, and chaired the appellate practice of a Midwest firm. Representative matters include a unanimous employment law victory in the California Supreme Court, a reversal in an anti-SLAPP appeal, and writs in family law, employment, and consumer fraud matters, including a certified class action against Apple.
