LeeAnne Daily

LeeAnne H. Daily is a family law attorney practicing in San Jose, California. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997 and practices with Daily and Daily Law, with an office on North First Street in San Jose.

Daily is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. The certification recognizes attorneys who have demonstrated substantial involvement in the practice of family law, an area that encompasses matters such as child custody, support enforcement, mediation and negotiation of family law disputes, postmarital agreements, and family law appellate practice under the California Family Code.

Daily attended the Santa Clara University School of Law and also holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been active in the Santa Clara County Bar Association, where she has served on its Family Law Board and on its Judiciary Committee.
