Jonathan Osder

Jonathan Osder is admitted to the State Bar of California (Bar No. 169538), having been admitted in 1994, and holds an active license.^[1] He serves as Of Counsel at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP in Oakland, where his practice covers the full lifecycle of intellectual property portfolios, from clearance and government registration to licensing and enforcement.^[2] His work centers on copyrights, trademarks, domain names, and issues arising from artificial intelligence in digital media and technology.^[2] He is a member of the California Lawyers Association and its Intellectual Property Law Section.^[2] Osder negotiates licensing agreements and IP transfers and advises clients on protecting their brands and innovations.^[2] He counsels a range of clients on registration, clearance, and multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies for their intellectual property.^[2]
