Jessica Riggin

Jessica Riggin is admitted to the State Bar of California (Bar No. 281712), having been admitted in 2011, and holds an active license.^[1] She practices with Rukin Hyland & Riggin LLP in Oakland, where her work concentrates on workers' compensation and employment law.^[2] Her employment matters include discrimination, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment claims.^[2] She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.^[2] Riggin is a member of the California Lawyers Association, including its Labor and Employment Law and Litigation sections, and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.^[2] Her practice represents employees in workplace disputes, advising on the rights and remedies available to workers under state and federal law.^[2]
