Gregory S. Hartman

Gregory S. Hartman was admitted to the California Bar in 2007 and remains an active licensee ^[1]. He founded Hartman Bankruptcy Law in Oakland, where he represents both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters and handles Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases ^[2]. Hartman is also a CPA and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor ^[2]. His practice includes Chapter 11 business reorganizations as well as real estate matters ^[2]. He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon in 2000 ^[1]. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. His office is located on Clay Street in Oakland ^[1].
