Eric Gibbs

Eric Howard Gibbs is a California attorney who practices at Gibbs Mura LLP in Oakland. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 7, 1995, and holds an active license (bar number 178658).^[1] His self-reported practice areas with the State Bar include class actions, antitrust and trade regulation, labor and employment, litigation, products liability, securities, and investments.^[1]

Gibbs earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University in 1992. His practice concentrates on consumer protection, whistleblower, antitrust, and mass tort matters, and he has been appointed lead counsel, class counsel, or liaison counsel in numerous class actions and coordinated proceedings.
