Brian Panish

Brian Joseph Panish was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 3, 1984, and holds an active license (No. 116060). He earned his law degree at Southwestern Law School and is a senior partner at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, based on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles ^[1][2][3].

Panish tries personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases for plaintiffs. His courtroom results include the $4.9 billion jury verdict in Anderson v. General Motors, a products liability case, along with six verdicts in excess of $50 million, 32 verdicts above $10 million, and more than 75 settlements above $10 million in personal injury, wrongful death, and business litigation matters ^[2].

In 2020, the National Law Journal named Panish among its Plaintiffs' Lawyer Trailblazers, a list of 25 plaintiff-side lawyers from across the country ^[2].
